Codebyte Ventures Ltd.

An Alberta-based EdTech holding company building structured technology education for every stage of life.

Codebyte Ventures was founded with a clear thesis: the skills gap in technology isn't a shortage of talent — it's a shortage of access to quality, structured education at every stage.

Our first live venture is a Kids Coding centre in NW Calgary, operating under the Ultimate Coders franchise system at Sage Hill Quarters. It's where we prove the model.

From there, we're building adult professional education and — over a longer horizon — a purpose-built IT postsecondary institution called Orion College.

We're headquartered in Alberta, incorporated as Codebyte Ventures Ltd., and led by Michael Obembe.
